Short entry this one I'm afraid, we got in the car at 8am and drove to Franz Joseph and arrive about 3pm.
We stopped off at a cool puzzle world along the way and played about in some illusion rooms. I'm not going to upload the pics as 1 uploading pictures is really painful as it takes about 3 mins to load 1 pic and secondly although the illusion rooms were brilliant in real life they didn't really translate into photos.
We then bummed about in the motel room watching videos and eating peanuts.... I know, I know it's hardly rock and roll and making the most of the trip of a lifetime, but to be fair Franz Joseph is smaller than my house and garden put together so walking round it took 2 mins. We are basically here for the helicopter ride onto the glacier tomorrow, but the weather is going to have to seriously pick up for that to actually happen!
