Unfortunately the after-effects of last nights partying with work have left me in quite a bad way. Feeling quite guilty as the little one is rushing around like a whirlwind of productivity and I am just about managing to move for cups of tea only! Perhaps if I just go for a little nap when I wake up we'll be all packed and organised and all I'll have to do is turn up!!
So last night was both our work's farewell do's. Little Michelle's round Skipton was a bit more sedate than my mad one in Halifax. Ended up in Yates' totally cheesy music and I loved it. There were some right states in there - put it this way it made me feel really good about myself!
Thanks to everyone who came out, I had a top night and it was well worth the suffering! Two special thanks, firstly John for taking personal responsibility of ensuring I lost neither my coat nor umbrella and Michelle for orchestrating the Jeremy Kyle style heated debate in the takeaway - classic!

It's a blog of two halves, well that was Michelle's night... hmm I'm foreseeing that some confusion may ensue over the names here, perhaps we need separate fonts.....
Anyway as mentioned mine was a little more sedate, yet still as much fun, it's just that the fun was packed into a few hours rather than an all night session!
Massive thanks to everyone at work for the card and for all who came out to see me off. It was an eye opener to see that Jeremy is actually a pool shark and after luring Si into a false sense of security by doing a good impression of a man who can't play pool he just cleared up in 2 seconds!!
It's was weird waking up this morning and thinking no more work until March and in 5 days we'll be on a plane to the other side of the world..... once the heart palpitations stopped I figured it was time to get cracking, hence my whirlwind of activity.... one of us has to be organised!!
Well that's it for now there's still lots to sort and we are out tonight for another farewell do!
